23.01.2022 Hi everyone!! This is Gina from UQKISS. Today’s video is on making ‘1000 times-stirred egg soufflé’ which is one of Korea’s popular quarantine recipes along with the famous Dalgona coffee. Give it a go when you need a break from tiring uni work!... -Separate the egg white and the yolk (stir the yolk in a separate bowl and keep it for later) -Stir the egg white until it becomes fluffy/when your arm is about to fall off (gradually add a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt while stirring) -Pour the egg yolk into the mixture and gently fold in until they are mixed -Cook it on a medium heated pan and carefully fold it in half when the bottom layer is cooked (turn the heat off as soon as you fold) -Serve it with honey and enjoy! Please be smart and use a whisk because stirring the mixture with a fork was not a great idea -video edited by Jake Lee
