23.01.2022 Celebrating 21 years in 2019!! Thunderbolts Festival this year will have all your favourites including heaps of inflatable rides for kids - $2 wristband and use them as much as they like; Circus activities, Paws Up, Fairy Lady, Antique Machinery, Fire Engines, amazing floats, pony rides, face painting, photo booth and more. Oxley Riders Bail Up Poker Run. Plus on the same weekend will be Medieval Combat Tournament the Thunderbolt Cup at the Bowlo and Cow Sports Australia will hold the Stockmans Challenge at the Showground. Thunderbolt Rodeo with date TBC. Uralla will be bursting at the seams with so much going on!! Don't miss out - 26th October 2019
20.01.2022 The Medieval Tournament is being run by the New England Renegades (check out their FB page) there will be minor heats from 1pm with the main battles after 5pm Saturday.

16.01.2022 Unfortunately it is too windy for fireworks tonight, the fire brigade has been called out to a lightning strike and there isn’t a truck available. For public safety we regret the fireworks won’t be held tonight.
16.01.2022 The Rotary Club of Uralla - Thunderbolts Festival Sat 26th Oct - free entry!! A fantastic annual community event; street parade 10:30am, markets, music & entertainment in Alma Park and fireworks at 8:30pm - all welcome!!

08.01.2022 Planning has commenced for Thunderbolts Festival on Saturday 30 October 2021. More information will be available soon, including the theme which is Halloween - of course! Covid safety measures will be in place and hopefully restrictions will allow the event to continue in a similar way to past years. Stay tuned!
05.01.2022 Shout out to the band Pantor who played at Thunderbolts Festival, fabulous music, great harmonies and high energy right to the end - despite the wind and dust. These guys are legends!!
