24.01.2022 There will be plenty of time for a Christmas climb this holiday season. We'll be here with doors wide open next week, with exception for Christmas and New Years Day. Join us for some festive sends! Note: Yoga classes will be taking brief hiatus from next Monday December 21st, to give our yoga teachers some time off. ... However, Frank is planning to power on through with his fitness classes, to help keep that Christmas belly in check. What a legend!

23.01.2022 Have you seen our shiny new bins?!! With some help from Sophie, we've set these blue beauties up across our Brisbane gyms as part of the Containers For Change initiative. Empty bottles and cans deposited into these bins will be recycled and refunded 10c, with all of our proceeds donated to Branches Lifestyle Support and their efforts to provide working opportunities for people with intellectual disability.... It may seem small but we're pretty excited for this change! Help us spread the good vibes by placing your empty plastic bottles and cans in these bins.

23.01.2022 Heaps of new problems to try at Twostead! The crew have been busy today filling in the wall around the Boulder Guild finals problems, from the Hidden Slab to the Crystal Ball. Setters will be back in again tomorrow to finish off the Nazare.

21.01.2022 Kick off 2021 with some fresh beta. Our final Boulder 101 class for the year is happening this Thursday! Boulder 101 is a 3 hour intro to bouldering course, with plenty of hot tips on climbing technique, movement and injury prevention, to see you cruising through those blue and purple grades.
