25.01.2022 We loved working with oOh!media to obtain the planning approval for the digital conversion of their landmark advertising signs along Joyce Drive, adjacent to Sydney Airport. These large format LED signs are significant as they range in size from 41 sqm to a giant 400 sqm. These impressive new signs along the Gateway to Sydney will redefine the Sydney arrival experience.

13.01.2022 To celebrate 26 years of Urban Concepts, we thought it would be fun to have a blast from the past and go through the #1 top hits in Australia between the years of 1994-2020. Click this link to access our Spotify playlist: tiny.cc/ucplaylist

10.01.2022 The Terraces, Paddington Over the entire course of the project spanning 9 years, UC managed and completed the development communications firstly on behalf of Presbyterian Aged Care through the design and development approval process and then we worked with Brookfield Multiplex to assist with communicating important construction updates to local residents. In 2019, The Terraces won the Development of the Year Retirement, Aged Care and Seniors Living Award at The Urban Developer Awards. An interesting component when handling complex projects is that it is often difficult to predict and communicate the length of time it takes for a project to be completed, which can sometimes take between 7 to 10 years from acquisition to completion of construction.
