20.01.2022 We have just completed our affordable temporary housing project for the Hong Kong government. This modular building is located in Nam Cheong. The 4-storey build...ing consists of 89 modular units. The internal floor area of each unit is between around 10 sqm to 25 sqm. The types of modular units that were provided were 1-person household unit, 2-person household unit, 3-person household unit and accessible units at ground floor. Each unit has a separate toilet and bathroom with electric water heater, open kitchen with electric cooker. This modular building will be dismantled and rebuilt in another position in Hong Kong within five years.
