Being held at Ferntree Reserve Engadine at 630pm, we will be doing alternate weeks of Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Wednesday, which we will update you on at the beginning of the week. If you prefer one day to the other, please feel free to make a fortnightly 6 week challenge! Easy! Also included we'll be hosting a fortnightly Saturday morning mix up challenge, fun and different every fortnight. Registration is required as limited spaces are available. 14.01.2022 12 WEEK BOOTCAMP SIGN UP NIGHT For those excited about UD's 12 week bootcamp, we are having a sign up night with a free class. The class is a meet and greet and a chance to ask any questions about the 12 weeks ahead. We will get to play with some of the equipment we will use throughout the 12 weeks. Learning the technical side of the kettlebell use, power rope, slam ball and some fun with a sled and sledgehammer. ... Sigh up night will be held at ferntree reserve Engadine 630pm Wednesday the 30th of January... If you can't make the night, that's fine just message us here at UD for details
