24.01.2022 DANCE CIRQUE We are extremely excited to announce that next year we will be introducing a new and exciting program into our curriculum "Dance Cirque". Developed by Linda Burger a 7th generation European circus artist it is a class that we know our kids will absolutely love. They get to climb, juggle and learn tricks in a safe environment. Our current teachers will be training hard over the January school holidays to learn how to teach the syllabus and we can't wait to br...ing it to all our families. Dance Cirque is for children over 5 years of age, great for boys and girls and you don't need to be a dancer to enjoy it. It works on level cards so everyone progresses at their own pace. It not only involves an apparatus (silks, lyra, trapeze) but also a ground act (juggling and hula hooping). Great for cognitive development, strength and flexibility and mostly confidence. And we haven’t forgotten our Preschoolers we have something very special for them called Little Monkeys. Little Monkeys Circus Classes are super fun for pre-schoolers 2-5 years of age. Watch your little one gain confidence and learn new skills. Classes include basic tumbling, interactive circuits, balance beams, silks, juggling, hula hoops and more all under the supervision of our fully qualified teachers. Our end of year concert is on the 19th of December. Our 6:00pm show is SOLD OUT but we still have tickets remaining for the 12:00pm show. They won’t last long! 10.01.2022 MISS HOLLY FAULDS I first starting teaching Holly around the age of 8 years old - my very first memory of Holly was when I had been asked to start private lessons for her very first jazz solo. I remember asking her to do a cartwheel as I told her I’d love to put one in her routine, she looked at me very worried eyes and replied with I can’t do that.. I responded yes you can! I remember working on this cartwheel for quite some time before Holly perfected it! I was dete...rmined to show Holly you can do anything if you put your mind to it! I’ll never forget that moment where this little girl in front of me was so reserved, quiet and not real confident. After teaching Holly over 10 years she certainly has showed me what dedication and commitment is. I’m so proud of who she is to this day. Holly has definitely challenged me in many ways (all good ones!!!) It’s so beautiful watching her grow and I can’t wait to see what her future holds. HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY HOLLY. My little UE baby is all grown up!
