01.01.2022 This year will be a big year for both our family and Luv & Co Estate Agents. Ive not just had too much Christmas pudding, we are 20 weeks pregnant with baby # 4. After 3 years of running our business we are excited to join the team at @urbanx.io to give me more time with my clients and my family and less time doing the tedious administration work.... Im excited to be back and working along side some familiar faces and keen to see where this journey will lead us this year! With 4 new listing this week and the support I need around me Im pumped and ready for the year ahead which will also include a new little girl to our tribe! 01.01.2022 Today we had some removal and pruning of some trees, getting this lovely Algester home ready for sale. Thanks to Treepeeps for the fast and efficient service as always! The front of your house is so important when going to market - often not an expensive spend but makes such a difference - in this instance the front hedge grew too high and was blocking any view of the front of the house and also blocking light into the living areas. Next is the external clean...... stay tuned!
