13.01.2022 COVID UPDATE Please read as these are effective immediately and until further notice You'll notice the UV family wearing face masks while we work. The salon will be back to regular hours (some extended) from Tuesday the 24th of nov. At this stage masks for clients are strongly encouraged, but optional. Please if you choose to wear them, we for now, please supply your own.... Just a little reminder of all the things we need to have in place right now: Remember that we are doing absolutely everything we can in the salon to ensure your safety while you are with us. Your patients is appreciated Please remember: Please bring your own bottle of water or a travel coffee mug with you to your appointments. To please come to your appointments alone as much as you can. Please don't crowd our basin area. Unless you are a hairdresser, or a client that needs to be there, we ask that you remain in your seat or in the waiting area. If your child is having a haircut, please sit on the chair next to them (if avalibile) or in the waiting area. Any thing else creates unnecessary crowding Please use the hand Sanitiser when you arrive Please sign the covid form as you enter If you are showing ANY cold or flu symptoms please reschedule your appointment. If you do come in with those symptoms we have no choice but to ask you to reschedule. 12.01.2022 Important salon & beauty details update We're beyond excited to have beauty coming back soon and our spa doors being open! We're excited to have Maya back. And we're excited to see All of your beautiful faces coming in Just like everything else we have new rules and guidelines that we have to adhere too and we Really really need your help. We are sure these will change soon. But for now we are so grateful for your cooperation. ... Please be patient. We are still working with limited staff and strict cleaning rules so we can't make appointments like we used to. While we know it frustrating we can't be as flexible as we have been in the past, we are doing our best to do what we can and fit in what we can and we appreciate your patients. Beauty appointments can not be more then 2 hours long. This is a government restriction and unfortunately there is nothing we can do but be patient and work within the means. (If you have an appointment with Maya that is longer then 2 hours she will be in contact in the next day or two) Please come to your appointments alone. If you must bring someone with you then we ask, where possible, they wait in the car or outside. Being social bunnies is part of the job description so it kills us to limit people who come through our doors! If you are unwell or show signs of being unwell please PLEASE reschedule your appointments. If you or someone you are in contact with is meant to be in self isolation, then please reschedule your appointments Please be on time. We are working with strict schedules and time frames and time limits. Even a few minutes late can impact our entire schedule and other clients appointments. If you arrive at your appointments early, we ask that you please wait outside of the salon and not come in until a few minutes before your appointment. Text message reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please read carefully and check all the details. If any changes need to be made you can message us right here on Facebook, message the number on the message or call the salon Please adhere the social distancing laws by not crowding the waiting area, occupied seats, basins or hairdressers and beauty therapists. We have Anti-bactieral hand wash in the bathroom with single use paper towel. We have hand sanitizer in the bathroom and at the front desk. We ask that you use them as you enter and whenever needed. We know it's a lot. And we know it's frustrating. It is for us too. But these are all the things we need to do and we need your help to do to make sure we have a safe environment for each and every one of our clients to come into. The more we do these now, the less we'll have to in the future. We thank you all for your amazing cooperation and patients while we work together through this mess.
