23.01.2022 I LOVE this!! I highly recommend everyone watch this and then show their teenage children. (There is some swearing though) Be more aware of what goes into creating that so called perfect body you see on a magazine cover or advertising that item you want.

20.01.2022 Chris, Henry and myself would like to wish all of our wonderful friends and followers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I know we have been quite the last 12 months, I decided to take a break to spend more time with my family. The New Year see’s Urban Active in a new location, we have moved to Perth and will soon be setting up ready to kick off 2018 with a bang! If you or any friends are located north of the river around North Beach keep an eye out for us driving around, Metafit sessions will be starting soon as will PT sessions, so if you are keen to get 2018 off to a healthy start get in touch!
