17.01.2022 Can we interest you in some panic waxing? Perhaps a panic spray tan? Our doors are open and it is business as usual until notified by the authorities. On a more serious note, the UrbanBar girls can assure you of the following: Our therapists are healthy and happy. They are also smart and know to alert us if they experience flu-like symptoms or do not feel 100% - in which case they will not come into the salon and work. We have elevated our already high standards of hygien...e to protect our staff, our clients, our business and our community. Clients will wash their hands on arrival and exit - and of course our therapists wash their hands before and after every treatment as per usual. Our treatment rooms are repeatedly cleaned throughout the day as per our cleaning procedure. You can reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell (even if it is last minute). We advise all clients they are free to do this when we confirm their booking. We value your business and understand people have concerns at this time, but here is the thing: we are a small family business and need to make it through the COVID-19 crisis like all other small businesses in customer-facing industries. So if you are happy and healthy please come in and see us as you normally do.
