My whole personal and business life is built on the foundations that Positivity and Optimism is always the right way to think and act. This mindset has seen a school dropout achieve things he never thought he never thought he was capable of doing. Here's to you, have a great weekend!

10.01.2022 Life and business lessons I have learned from Russia I still have a week here in Russia, I will have been here 3 weeks in total when I get back to Melbourne. I will have seen Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Sterlitamak. I cannot tell you how much my mind and horizons have expanded since being here, I have being so fortunate to have had a look behind the curtain and not just be another tourist (my girlfriend is Russian). Meeting her family, seeing where they live and how they liv...e and eating the most incredible food. I encourage everyone to travel as much humanly possible, I feel I have learned some important life and business lessons in the process. 1. Don't you dare complain about anything ever ever again! If you live in Australia or New Zealand you have struck life lottery, thank your lucky stars for that everyday. 2. Those with the least, give the most. The generosity and kindness of those who I have met is overwhelming. People with so little inviting me into their homes. Heart exploding. The secret to living is giving. 3. The key to getting ahead is having your fingers in as many pies as possible and simplifying your life. Russians live simply but also have many side hustled and other money generators on the go. They have too, they are the original hustlers. 3. Music is a universal language, cranking AC/DC and singing Back In Black is the only English they know, it doesn't matter they don't understand.. it connects people. 4. Traffic, you don't know what that is untill you have driven in Russia. 5. Keep your eyes open for unique oppurtunitues or products to sell. Travel affords the ability to see new services, products or oppurtunities that could be implemented into your country. These are only 5, there are plenty more. The coolest part of all is that if you have a laptop and a phone and recurring invoices setup in Xero you can operate your business as usual and fill up your bank account whilst travelling. Everywhere in Europe has free fast WiFi. Where should I travel too next? Have a great start to the week.
