16.01.2022 After living with Sallys parents for an extended period of time, although it was great, Sally & Martin knew that they wanted to start their own life together & purchase their first home. We didnt know we would end up building new, we thought we would buy existing, but when we started going through that process, we realised we could actually build our own house. Emma wanted to build new so that she could put her own stamp on it, decorate it how she wanted to decorate it, and personalise it to her tastes. Plus, it was important that the home was pet friendly for Alby! What was different for me for Urbane Homes against other builders was that there were no hidden costs, it was a full turnkey property, with no nasty surprises at the end. All the details mattered to me, and all the details mattered to the builder which I thought was important.

Even though they didnt take home the big cheque, they liked what they saw with Urbane Homes and decided to explore further.
