First of all, you need a pan to pour the soup to boil.... . Enjoy cooking vegetables and beef in the soup pan when it's starting to boil. . Make sure you put the frozen , thick ingredients first as it takes a bit longer to be cooked. ## Use wasabi soy sauce for dipping. . When vegetables are running out, you can put the noodles into the soup and enjoy the special needle soup. . After eating noodles, there will be a very small amount of soup left in the pan. First of all, there is no must-do as long as you can really enjoy it . However, it is a proper way to have sushi with fingers. In that way, you can handle and keep sushi shape and eating without breaking it and dipping fish side into soy easily as dipping rice into soy is not really proper way! But, you will need to clean and sanitize your hand very well to use this way!! . If you use chopsticks, as the photo,it it important to hold sushi between two chopsticks! First, lay down sushi on the side and put one chopstick on the rice and the other one on the fish. Point is not to break the sushi and easy to control the amout of soy sauce. Personally, chef Trey recommends this way . When you eat, you can taste fish more and better if you put upside down, fish side on your tongue! . Does it help for your understanding how to eat sushi?
