17.01.2022 The 1KG is the sexy dark temptress of all Christmas cakes. That’s a bold statement. But this cake is the real deal. The 1Kg is moist, luscious, indulgent, aromatic and delivers plump dried fruits steeped in a sh*itload or brandy and rum. Once unwrapped the 1KG fills the air with the aroma of Christmas. The ethnic size 1KG, feeds 12-15 people.

14.01.2022 Urban Mamas puddings have been hanging and filling the house with sweet, dark, aromatic spices and the faint scent of Cinzano Rosso. These naughty babies are now ready for devouring at Christmas. They are rich enough for the adults and sweet enough for the kids. Each pudding is over 1kg and will easily serve 8 people.
06.01.2022 It's only 4 weekends until Christmas. Yes, Kmart has had their Christmas decorations for sale since September but Mama thinks you can probably get excited now! Now is the best time to order Mama's 500g or 1kg Christmas cakes. These cakes are legendary. These plump beauties are packed full of sultanas, raisins, ginger, figs, orange, plums, cranberries, spices and best of all... a lot of spanish sherry! Mama has had her busiest Christmas yet so far, and hundreds of these cakes... have been sold all over Australia (with a few making their way to Hong Kong!), but Mama doesn't want her fellow Tasmanians to miss out. 500g - it might be the smaller of the cakes but it packs a punch and can serve 4-6 people (or two, if you're really naughty). $35 1kg - the big, dark beauty. So much fruit and alcohol it would probably be arrested at customs. Great for big families, or the family who wants a cake that will last them well into the new year. $50 Each cake is lovingly handmade and wrapped by Mama in her kitchen.
