05.01.2022 Please read Urban raw is almost booked out for the year and most of January. If you have a xmas appt and need to cancel please give us minimum 2 days notice. Cancelling less then two days notice or not showing will require a booking fee of $50 to book back in. ... We have no wriggle room to re arrange or rebook and we have an extremely long waiting list for appts so please be patient with us. If you haven’t booked your Xmas appt yet chances are we are full We will contact clients who are waiting for appts first then if they can’t make it we will post on our pages our cancellations. Please show up to your appt on time. If you are more then 10-15 mins late we will need to cancel your appt. If your after a colour change please advice your stylist before you Appt so they can see if they have enough time. Please read your confirmation message and come On that day and at that time.
