25.01.2022 I've received two jobs in Box Hill within the space of a week where neighbours have erected the new fence in the wrong position. If you are not 100% sure where your boundaries are, please get a Surveyor to re-peg them.

13.01.2022 To anyone who has bought a block of land in Precinct H in the Emerald stage at The Gables, to be completed later this year, if you are not using a Project builder, get a survey done of your lot when the developer offers early access so you can get your Architect started on your plans while you are waiting for registration.
