17.01.2022 Online offerings for our Urban Zen members We understand that being in the studio is not an option for everyone so..we’re going online! Let’s break the internet! If you are a current member of Urban Zen with a direct debit or class pack, then this option is for you. We have created a private Facebook group for Urban Zen yogis and we will live stream some extra classes for your convenience. They will be saved and you can access them anytime. If you are joining in the live ...stream, times will be communicated to you via email and social media. . Our first LIVE session is this Saturday 21st at 11.30am with me (Bec). Join us for a grounding Slow Flow Vinyasa session. . I have also uploaded a quick 15 minute stretch and Pranayama session. I’m no Steven Spielberg but there’s sound, movement and guidance. 01.01.2022 Our next Restorative Yoga workshop is scheduled! Join Charlotte @seek_yoga for a beautiful afternoon of relaxation and delicious restorative Yoga. This Autumn themed session will highlight the importance of change, letting go and being inspired by nature's natural cycles. We will explore how to prepare for the cooler months ahead whilst nourishing the body with gentle Yoga, essential oils, crystals and sound....
