20.01.2022 Baby Its cold outside, but its warm in here! Vietnamese Pho soup....mmmmm ...truely heartwarming and nourishing. Beef bones, aromatic spices and a mixture of pork, beef and chicken. Heaped with freshly grown mint & coriander (not just the leaves as a garnish but the tastiest part are the roots, throw them in when cooking the bone broth.)
