08.01.2022 200kg 3 x 2 When Ryan @blackmarketmuscle first started coaching me he asked what number in my head is what I consider heavy or my kinda hard point so to speak. I said 200kg. Every prep so far I’ve gotten overly fatigued and been able to pull 200 for one (questionable) rep due to lack of training volume, technique work and intensity leading up to prep. Last week I pulled 200 for 6 reps in total, having trained heavy squats days before. Point is - do the hard volume and frustrating technique work before shit gets heavy and it’ll pay off.
