23.01.2022 Saturday December 5th Urrbrae Agricultural High School Last Urrbrae Barn Market for 2020 9-12pm... A wide variety of craft stalls and school produce including wine, meat, bread, plants, olive oil and eggs.

22.01.2022 Dear parent/caregiver, Today the Premier announced a 6 day statewide lockdown starting at midnight tonight (Wednesday 18 November) through to midnight Tuesday 24 November. Only the children of essential workers and vulnerable children will be able to attend school or preschool / child care. A skeleton staff will provide supervision but not a learning program for the remainder of this week. If your child needs to attend, we will be here for them. All students have been aske...d to take home school laptops/devices, books and anything they need to continue their learning from home. More information on learning programs will be provided early next week, as we work our way through the new COVID-19 Directions. All South Australians are making sacrifices to ensure our community remains as safe as possible. We appreciate that this is a significant undertaking for you and your family. 10.01.2022 For the first time this year our full range of award-winning Wines are available at this morning's Barn Market. Come and buy our school produce and wander through the huge range of stalls. 9-12pm.

09.01.2022 The Year 12 Art and Design Exhibition was held last week to celebrate the creative works of our talented students. You are welcome to view this exhibition which will remain in the foyer near the front office until 13 November.

07.01.2022 After all the end of year uncertainty, 2020 has given us the most perfect night for our socially distanced Formal ( Urrbrae students only). Congratulations Class of 2020... a Formal on the Farm.

04.01.2022 Congratulation to Year 8 student, Archer Threapleton, who was the winner of Urrbrae's first knock-out chess tournament with twelve players fighting hard for this honour. Thank you to Matthew Summers, the Year 11 student manager of our Chess Club, for creating this fun opportunity.

03.01.2022 It was an exciting morning at the Urrbrae Wetlands yesterday Friday 27th November with the releasing of Purple Spotted Gudgeon. Freshwater Ecologist, Dr Sylvia ...Zukowski and Urrbrae’s Aqua-man Mr Marriott brought their precious and endangered native ‘Purple Spots’ to the wetlands early to beat the 40C heat of the day! EFG and Aquaculture club students donned waders and first of all checked the nets put out the night before to make sure only the Murray Rainbow fish were present and not any feral Gambusia. We were amazed at the number of turtles present as well! Some students then put out some mats intertwined with Ribbon Weed - a water plant that provides habitat for the Purple Spotted Gudgeon. Finally the moment we were all waitinig for - Seth Hill did a wonderful job at slowly and carefully releasing the Purple Spotted Gudgeon from the blue vat into the their new home, our Wetlands. We hope they enjoy their new habitat and survive the latest heat wave (as well as any predators). See more

01.01.2022 After the Premier's recent announcement, Urrbrae Agricultural High School will be closed for the next 6 days in line with the State lock down. Students will go to lesson 5 today and be dismissed at the normal time of 2.35pm. At this point in time there will be no lessons at all until Wednesday of next week. Further updates will occur as information comes to hand.
