11.01.2022 Danger is real. Fear is an illusion. Today ~ I choose Peace At 33 weeks pregnant, our wee bun in the oven is not far away from entering this world. I choose to stay grounded. I choose to stay connected to my spirit. I choose to believe that doing so will bring our baby into this world feeling nothing but safe and loved.... despite the chaos. I choose to live in the only place of true power ~ which is in the reality of the present moment. ... I choose Peace. I choose love. I choose now. #namaste Urth Yoga studio is currently closed for due to the restrictions. Regardless of that, or if your regular yoga studio is too closed - remember that you can still take the time - to reground and reconnect. You can do it in your own home. Yoga can be anything you need it to be. Just close your eyes and turn your attention onwards. Ask your body and ask your soul... what they need right now. It might be that you remain still and simply focus on your breath.... or maybe you feel the need to move your body. Whatever it is...know that it is exactly what you need. Listen to your soul, it knows.
