06.01.2022 As we know hairdressing salons are closing for six weeks as of Wednesday midnight. Sadly this is the situation we must deal with and hopefully if we can all be patient and understanding it will pass. My thoughts go out to all businesses that have also closed and struggled in these times. I will be returning in six weeks and I am happy to take bookings for that time. Blessings to all families struggling, in health and financial hardship. Please stay home, stay well and active. Take this time to explore all those things you have never had time to. Reset and stay calm. enjoy simplicity, home and loved ones.

03.01.2022 It so ‘NOT JUST’ hair, we truly are an ‘essential service’ It’s such a pleasure/honor to be apart of our guests/clients lives The poem below is not written by me, however it is everything I believe in. I have never referred to my business as a ‘job’ it’s my art, my passion, my gift, my love and my hobby. It’s taken me working and educating overseas, I have worked alongside some incredibly talented stylists, trained dedicated creative students, I have life long friends ...in every guest that I have had the pleasure to enhance their natural beauty and lift their spirits. My career is my journey of passion enjoy the poem below, I’m sure you can all relate to it Allie McLean It's just hair - I was a part of your wedding. It's just hair - I was your child's first haircut. It's just hair - I was there for your first date. It's just hair - I was there for their funeral. It's just hair- I was there for your graduation. It's just hair- I was there when you didn't like the way you looked. It's just hair- when you got offered your dream job and nobody else knew but me and you! It's just hair- when you met the person of your dreams and they told you they loved you for the very first time! It's just hair- when all you wanted in the whole world is a hug from your hair stylist because you knew they'd give it to you with open arms! It's just hair- when you lost your job and didn't know what you were going to do. It's just hair- when you were getting a divorce and just needed to feel better about yourself. It's just hair- when you had a terrible day and looked forward to being able to vent without being judged. It's just hair- when you are about to go on vacation and can't wait to tell me all about it on your next visit. It's just hair - when you were expecting your first child.
