19.01.2022 Hello again everyone, Telstra came and checked the phone line today and everything appears to be normal. However, that is what we were told last time so fingers crossed. Please let us know if you are still having any problems reaching us- particularly our Bellingen customers. Thank you all so much for your patience. Again we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. This is absolutely not the case!! We love being in Urunga and its community, as well as our wonderful customers from surrounding areas such as Bellingen, Nambucca, Dorrigo, and of course our visiting guests as well. 09.01.2022 #2 of 2 Hello again! Note from Telstra/NBN Co. :... Telstra is having trouble isolating the particular "exchange/node" which is why when they test the lines there appears to be no issue, however some customers still can't get through. If you could kindly comment below or private message which area you're from if you are experiencing difficulties that would be a massive help!
