17.01.2022 We get a lot of questions about the effectiveness of Telehealth and how to use Zoom for therapy. With the current Covid situation, more people have been using Telehealth through Zoom this year instead of face-to-face sessions. It is a great alternative that the CDTRC offers which eliminates travel. Have a look at this poster which outlines the evidence and benefits of Telehealth. There are also some Youtube clips explaining how to use Zoom!
