Basically we look "normal" or even exceptional. But underneath all of those things that make us look "put together" is a layer of anxiety that's really in control and all of these wonder qualities that we are so often praised for, are rooted in anxiety. Keeping kids connected helps alleviate the stress and anxiety of sickness, promotes resilience and optimism, and encourages sick kids to remain positively engaged in all aspects of their present and future. Hunter, a Year 5 student from NSW had to trade school days for hospital treatment. But with the help of our See-Be robot service, he can still be a part of his community with his friends and teachers even if he cannot go to school.
