I clearly remember being furious that I was not allowed to go see them with my older brother, I cried and screamed in protest as he was leaving. Refused to even speak to my parents the following day...... I was seven. Ozzy Osbourne Tony Iommi Bill Ward and Geezer Butler, untouchable greatness. This store has the BEST CUSTOMERS IN THE FUCKING WORLD WITHOUT A DOUBT and you keep proving it again and again and again.... Check out this correspondence we received from a customer who had something go missing in the post over TWO YEARS AGO... Hi, This is a bit of a weird one, but I purchased this item under Invoice #xxxxxxxxx and Order #19-xxxxxxxx on 12/11/19 and it was to be sent to my work address. I got in touch to say that it hadn't arrived after a few weeks. You very kindly refunded the cost of the item ($29.99). In a super weird turn of events, I've just been given the item by a colleague at work today! It seems it was delivered to the wrong part of our organization in 2019, and as I was on maternity leave for much of 2020, it didn't find its way to me until now. The original purchase price was $29.99, and I think it's only fair that I pay that given that I have now received the item! Is there a way I could do this?
