21.01.2022 The new semester approaches and the sword calls for you. We are now accepting new members within our ranks. Membership includes training sessions for the entire Autumn semester, complimentary 8-week beginners course and your very own authentic Shinai (Bamboo Sword) from Japan. Still Uncertain? No worries, on the 3rd of March, Tuesday there will be a free introductory course from 7:00pm to 9:30pm at UTS building 4 RSMH. Come visit your fellow swordsmen at O'Day tomorrow in building 1, Level 4, stall 4.75 and we will show you the taste of the blade.

18.01.2022 Our Autumn Semester Beginners’ Course begins TONIGHT! If you didn’t see us on O’Day, that is no problem at all. Everyone is welcome. Just wear exercise clothes that you’re comfortable in and come to UTS Building 4 RMSH at 7:00pm. We’ll see you tonight!

16.01.2022 This weekend has been a blast! It was an honour to have Koyama sensei, his three students and Kishikawa sensei visit our dojo for our Friday training. It then kicked off Koyama sensei's seminar, organised by Shubukan, which was packed with great knowledge and opportunities for growth. The seminar was concluded with a Red-White Taikai that was intense and interesting! This has truly been a great weekend. It's amazing to see many of our members participate in the seminar and taikai. We hope everyone had a good experience and could continue the high spirits in our future trainings!

15.01.2022 Hi everyone! The Spring Semester Beginners Class starts tomorrow! Join us in RMSH in building 4 for induction training, from 7 to 9:30pm! Shinai (bamboo sword) will be provided to beginners, please come in with sportswear. More importantly, two Hachi-Dan (8th Dan) Senseis, Kishikawa Sensei and Koyama Sensei will be visiting us tomorrow, so get keen to learn from them!

We will handle all registration in the dojo.... Details of our training are below: Training times: Tuesdays 7:30pm - 9:30pm Fridays 7pm - 9:30pm Sundays 10am - 12:30pm Attending all three sessions each week is encouraged but not necessary. We recommend attending at least 2 sessions per week. Location: Ross Milbourne Sports Hall, UTS Building 4, corner of Thomas St and Harris St, Ultimo We will be down on the basketball courts Cost $80 for UTS Students $100 for non-UTS Students Cost includes: 10 week training course, 1 semester of membership, 1 shinai (valued $40) First week is free for you to see if you enjoy Kendo or not before you commit!
