Dr Laurie Berg who is the Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Law at UTS and Bassina are releasing their report on underpayment of wages of international students in Australia on 29 October. There is likely to be some press interest in this report and they will be looking to be connected with students who have experienced significant underpayment who would be willing to be interviewed. ... If anyone is willing to speak to the media about their experiences (they could do so anonymously and with no photo)? Anyone who was paid less than minimum wage (ie around $17) while they were an international student would be terrific! No need to have a connection to UTS and it’s fine if you have another visa or PR now. Please Feel free to message if you are interested or for more information. Thank you!!!
