23.01.2022 Hey guys! Just letting everyone know we will have a stall setup for Clubs Day this Thursday at UTS! This is your opportunity to come down and meet the team, ask any questions you have about our upcoming events for the next sem, and especially for those interested in competing in the Nationals Div 1 Surfing Comp! (Trials will be happening in the first 4 weeks of sem) Please everyone come down and say hello!

22.01.2022 Hey guys, just a little post sharing the first few events we have coming up this year! First of all is our welcome drinks on Friday the 29th of March! We also are taking part in a charity pub walk again this year raising money for the Sydney Childrens Hospital Foundation! It is an awesome night which always has a massive turnout, and we would love to see as many of you as we can there! And your UTS Surfing Team will be down at Curl Curl from 7:30 this morning and for the next 3 days competing! If anyone is free we would love as many people to come down and show some support for our our Club and support the team! #bleedteal

18.01.2022 Hey guys! So basically looking like theyre is going to be almost no swell for the rest of this week which is awesome So we are planning to just postpone our first trial for 2 weeks (we know you all have exams coming up these next 2 weeks) and will hold it during the first week of July! Pretty sure by this week everyone should be fully finished all of their sem 1 work and assessments by then! (If this is wrong, and anyone cant make a certain day during this week due to uni work, just DM the Facebook page and we will try and work the trial around your assessments!) Sorry about the mixup everyone, just gonna keep our fingers crossed we get some decent swell coming our way!

18.01.2022 Dear surfers, Unfortunately due to the uncertainty and current issues that have arisen over this week it is with a heavy heart we have to cancel Friday night. We are looking into potential ways for people to come down surfing as the water is best place to be at the moment so will keep you guys posted. Stay safe

16.01.2022 Who is keen on participating in our new Learn 2 Surf Program for 2019! Sorry to all our members on the delays for this year, it has taken a lot longer then we anticipated to sort it out, but we are now up and running! This year we have chosen to run our Learn 2 Surf programs through a fantastic teaching school operating on Bondi Beach! For anyone interested in participating in one of these sessions, simply follow the link below: https://letsgosurfing.com.au//bondi//bon...di-surf-experience Here you can elect which dates and times sort each of you, giving you more flexibility around each of your uni and work timetables! And it is super easy to sign up to the same sessions as your friends! There is a concession/ student price for all of our students as well to make things a little cheaper, and we are looking at running a few group bookings in the coming months if there is enough interest to run a UTS only group as well! 10.01.2022 Hey guys! Thankyou so much for everyone who came down today, I know the conditions arent ideal, but was really sick to see you all! For those of you with classes and such that couldnt make it, here is the basic rundown: - surfing nationals will be in manly from the 24th-26th of sept - anyone wanting to compete this year, we will need you to register and pay the $170 fee by next Friday - this year uni sport have limited the number of contestants we can take for each category..., so we are going to have to be more critical in our selections If you are interested in competing, available, can you please get in contact with me or the UTS Surfing club page ASAP. We are going to try and hold another trial early Tuesday morning next week, or else if you have any footage or photos of your surfing please send them to me, as we may have to use this to make the final decisions regarding the team.
