01.01.2022 As this year has been particularly challenging due to COVID-19 and the restrictions imposed by the NSW Government on mass community gathering like ours and also to be compassionate with others, Uttaran’s Durga Puja which was scheduled on 17th October 2020 is being cancelled and there will be no Puja celebration this year. But to keep up with the tradition and as advised by the purohits, Uttaran has organised a Ghat Puja on 22nd October 2020 starting at 5.00pm (as the time sl...ot is being allocated by the temple), at the Shri Mukti-Guptashwar Temple, Minto ( 203 Eagleview Rd, Minto, NSW 2566). The Puja will be done by the temple and the temple Pujari. As per the temple requirements Uttaran will bear the Puja expenses and one of our representatives will be there. If anyone is interested in visiting the temple during that time, they should contact the temple and follow the COVID-19 protocol as there is no involvement from Uttaran. See more
