Located within a peaceful setting of native callistemon, this tree lined avenue provides spectacular views of Ben Cairn and Mt Donna Buang. Each site is supplied with a plaque mounting block and vase for memorials subject to a regulated plaque size. Plaques purchased through the cemetery include permit fees and installation costs. Each grave can accommodate two burials.

13.01.2022 The Little Yarra natural bush area is a recent addition to the cemetery burial options. Please visit to see this beautiful location. This area is named after the iconic Little Yarra River that winds its way through this part of the Yarra Valley. Only natural burials are permitted, using fully biodegradable materials. Natural burials such as this ensure you are contributing to the re-establishment of a natural bushland site and the protection of that site in perpetuity. Graves are marked with a biodegradable wooden post that records the details of the deceased. At the entrance to Little Yarra is a wooden fence where a small memorial plaque may also be fixed.

11.01.2022 Donna Buang bushland burial area is an ideal place for families seeking a natural alternative for the burial or scattering of ashes. With picturesque pathways winding through native trees and shrubs, these premium-sized ashes plots are marked with small bronze plaques in the ground. For scattered remains, a small commemorative plaque can be affixed to the entry. Cremated remains can be placed in traditional urns or in natural containers, according to the deceaseds wishes.
