14.01.2022 It can be tough staying motivated! Does this sound familiar... you have set your goals and your keen to get started. You finish your 1st week at bootcamp you have been sticking to good clean foods and wondering WHY do I still feel bloated, low energy lack or motivation. Firstly you need to create a habbit or routine just like you do when you wake up and brush your teeth, get dressed and go to work. We might not be motivated to do these things but really its not negotiable its... apart of your life & that should be how you concider your health and wellbeing. Its apart of your life! It makes you happy & feel good as the bonus. You must have a goal set, have it written down in front of you. By doing this you are making a promise to yourself tell your partner, mum, dad, kids, dog tell whoever is close to you so they can help you along the way. I am alway here for you too. Have a list of must do's that you must consider before you make any major changes in your life. It will teach you that no matter what happens in life, how hard things get how little time you have you will never lose sight of your goal or make it negotiable. If you make a promise to yourself that you & your health are always non negotiable, you will succeed. Far too often our health becomes a secondary importance to us as we put everything else before it. I must say i have also been guilty of it. Something I like to do myself and I recommend to my clients is to find a picture of either yourself when you where happier or a picture of an inspirational figure. I have a picture of what id love to look like, along with other pictures like people working out hard, water, clean foods and multinational quotes. All thes are important to me for my overall health and I think they are important for me to reach my goal. On there is also to help, educate & inspire others to a happier and healthier lifestyle. However you should not rely souly on external motivation, you need to find it within yourself to get you where you what to go. Your goal needs to be bigger than your excuses, nothing will get in the way of your goal. UZ Fitness we support, encourage & help each other to stive to be better than yesterday.

13.01.2022 Client SUCCESS We finished 2019 off with some fantastic results. Another hard working mum. We only took her measurements in the last 2 weeks but this little pocket rocket within those 2 weeks went from 67.1 kg in weight... 29.43% of body fat 47.35kg of Lean Body Weight Down to 66.4kg in weight 25.72% of body fat 49.32kg of Lean Body Weight. As you can see by these figures its not always what the weight says on the scales. She had a massive change in her body composition in just 2 weeks. Dropping 3.71% of body fat and gaining almist 2kg of muscle. What an achievement. Well done Becky. 13.01.2022 Fitting in my Macros! It might not look great. But getting in all my macros pre workout. I ran out of nut spread so the boiled egg found its way back into my oats It was not too bad with blueberries.... Be sure to keep your core tight so your hips do not lag down putting pressure on your lower back. It also helps you feel much stronger.... Tip 2. 01.01.2022 Client Success ! Cindy Nielsen Her gial weight was to get down to 80kgs in 6 weeks. She did it! I am so proud of this woman, In just 6 weeks this young lady went from 84.5kg, 37.27% body fat 52.70kg of Lean body weight... She is now at 80.4kg 31.78% Body Fat 54.85kg of Lean body weight. What a fantastic effort. She cleaned up her meals, tracked her daily calories and macros and as you can see by her photos she is much happier. She always pushes hersef in the gym and has dedicated herself to a healthier lifestyle. Her nutrition is easy to manage and she is not restricted from her favorite foods.
