I have had many clients come to me with drawings done by some other Architect/Designer only because they couldn't get is passed with council in the first place. My work is 100% pass rate. 05.01.2022 House Designed on a 2.3m slope in Box Hill, NSW. Be aware when buying land as the slope can be very deceiving. The client didn't expect such slope and didn't want any split levels so we ended up dressing up the front facade with steps and garden beds. I personally love split level designs as they bring a character to the design. End result turned out great and approved Via CDC>
