23.01.2022 Yep I packed it on during lock down. Thanks to Chris @teamchpt and their 8 week challenge that gave me the kick up the butt I definitely needed to get back on track. I put everything I have learnt over the past year into practice. No quick fixes here I did it the traditional way. Worked out and tracked everything I ate. You cannot out train a bad diet. Doing this challenge has has reprogramed my eating habits which was my main focus heading into this. So in 8 weeks Im 5.3 kgs down, a total loss of 27cms, and more to go. #teamchpttransformation
