23.01.2022 Patience __________ Starting a new year can often be overwhelming. Especially when it comes to running a business because we put so much pressure on ourselves to succeed. ... One thing I learnt in 2020 was the need to succeed as fast as possible can often trip us up. So this year I am making a conscious effort to take the pressure off and just be PATIENT - allowing myself to enjoy the process and appreciate the incremental steps along the way Finding happiness in the day to day grind and learning to truely embrace life’s daily challenges will naturally create abundance and open the door for opportunity See more

12.01.2022 We all know what it means to be productive, but sometimes it’s easier said than done! As 2020 comes to a close, the need for a holiday is real and I can feel productivity levels decreasing! Whenever I feel like I am not getting enough done in the time I have allocated myself, I instantly get over-whelmed and demotivation kicks in The important thing here is to remind ourselves is that we cannot be productive 100% of the time. So instead of sitting at my desk forcin...g myself to work and becoming frustrated as a result I have consciously made the decision over the last few weeks to accept that its ok to take a step back when I am not feeling my best. I have made the effort to take some time away from my laptop when I need it and come back with a refreshed mindset and specific strategies to get myself back on track ~ Here are 5 of my favourite tips to increase productivity levels so you can start 2021 with a bang: * Write it down * Take breaks and move your body * Turn off distractions * Do the hardest thing first * Manage your energy, not just your time Combining the above tips with a replenished mindset and a positive outlook will encourage you to always complete your tasks to the best of your ability and to the standard that you know you are capable off. All in all, enabling you to be the best version of you If your interested in hearing more about productivity, stay tuned because I will be delving further into this topic in my first ever blog post, which will be up and ready to read on my website by the end of the week Sending lots of Christmasy love to you all x

08.01.2022 Where is 2021 taking you? Often your life is governed by subconscious thoughts and beliefs. As cliche as it sounds you are a product of your own environment, change that environment and you can be anything you want.... I have been lucky enough to find myself on a path where I am experiencing a life I didn’t even know I could have and I couldn’t be more grateful. So excited to see what 2021 has in store for me I hope this short post inspires you to take a leap in the new year and continue or begin to live the life you truely want and deserve. Merry Christmas beautiful people

01.01.2022 Over the last few days my emotions surrounding 2020 have been somewhat scrambled but after a lot of reflection I can honestly say all I feel is gratitude Last year taught me so many valuable lessons, I have learnt more about myself, my triggers and what I need to do in order to grow. Often there are lots of expectations this time of year so it’s important to set boundaries, switch off and schedule in restorative time for yourself so you can start 2021 with a renewed sense of energy and well-being. Here are a few ways you can set boundaries and practice self-care this festive season:... Catching up on sleep fit in naps and sleep ins to help restore your body Less screen time scrolling our phones negatively impacts our sleep, plus social media can impact our mental wellbeing Doing things that make you happy / have fun remember what’s fun for you and make time to actually do it! Being amongst nature being outdoors helps relieve stress, it can help speed health recovery and lift peoples’ spirits Limiting your responsibilities try to make the hardest decision for your day something simple Saying no to things you don’t want to do It’s okay to say no and set boundaries if you are tired or simply not interested in events or activities people invite you to Spending time with loved ones being with the people you love, making memories and having fun is healing and most importantly... fun!
