25.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder that if you are purchasing school shoes for your child, they need to be black and leather as stated in our uniform policy. They also need to be suitable for fitness and exercise during the week. We appreciate your support in this matter.

21.01.2022 Kindergarten read Shutting in the Chooks, they made a map of the farm and sent their bee bots all over the farm. Loads of fun!

19.01.2022 A message from Ms Graham to the Vacy School community I would like to publicly thank our principal, Karen Fonti for her support and flexibility when I recently asked for the option to work part time in 2021. She has bent over backwards to secure me an ongoing role in this wonderful school where I get to work with amazing colleagues and enthusiastic students. I now look forward to enjoying the best of both worlds where I have time to chase some dreams while still being able to be a part of this special community. Have a restful break and I'll see you all next year. Sue Graham

19.01.2022 NSW SCHOOL RESTRICTIONS TO EASE IN TERM 4 The Education Minister has announced a number of restrictions that will be eased when Term 4 commences: School camps and excursions allowed at venues with COVID-safe plans... Choirs up to 5 people and music ensembles are allowed if social distancing is maintained Kindergarten orientation and transition programs can proceed from beginning of term, Year 7 students from 11 November (after conclusion of HSC) Year 6 formals allowed Sport returning to pre-pandemic activities, but parents can't attend if the event is being held on school grounds The Minister also anticipates that end-of-year school assemblies and presentations will be able to go ahead, but has not confirmed this. Bear in mind that individual schools may choose to implement other rules.

07.01.2022 So proud of this little treasure. Eden has decided to donate her beautiful long hair to the ’hairwithheart’ variety charity who provide wigs for children who are suffering from cancer. Eden has nearly raised $1000 for those children in need. Fantastic effort.
