22.01.2022 TopDown 300-900 is a high intensity multipurpose cultivator, performing both a full-scale shallow cultivation and a deep cultivation in one single pass. This TopDown demo was performed on a field that has been minimum tillage for 40 years and has yielded 10 tonnes of winter wheat.

A total of 5,000 tonnes of steel goes into production and is transformed into discs, points and roller ring units. - The hardness of the steel is crucial. It is measured according to the Rockwell C scale. After extensive testing, we have found the perfect balance between toughness and hardness to get optimal results along with the desired durability. As a sing of this, our product carry the unique label V-55. Precision and dimensional accuracy in manufacturing are extremely important. The discs, for example, must work perfectly in the seed coulters in order to yield a perfect and consistent result. Hubs with seals for ball bearings must fit perfectly.

08.01.2022 Väderstad Rapid seed drills, for high drilling capacity. The high capacity hydraulically driven metering system Fenix is able to handle all seed sizes in application rates from 1.5 kg/ha up to 500 kg/ha, without having to change any parts. This means that the metering system will never be a limiting factor for high rates and high speed drilling on the field. The big hopper have an adjustable dividing wall that separates its two sections. On the combi-version, RAPID A 600-800C, an integrated hydraulic auger meters the fertiliser from the back of the hopper, directly into the airflow of the fertiliser distributor head. On the seed-only version RAPID A 600-800J the auger is reversed so that all seeds are transported to the front of the hopper, where it is metered out by the Fenix metering system.
