23.01.2022 Back in June we met James over a cuppa, a very special soul who told us he didn’t have much time left in this world. We spoke about all kinds of things including gardening and our shared love for baking! The next week he returned with his treasured cookie recipes and we have been baking them with the family all throughout lockdown. We have thought about James often, hoping he is ok. He inspired us to remain positive, be grateful and to keep things in perspective.... Tomorrow, as the city slowly begins to reopen we are excited at the prospect of getting back on the road real soon, doing what we love. And we hope to get the opportunity to make some cookies for James to get his opinion on! Ps. If you have a great cookie recipe you’d like to share, please send it our way!

02.01.2022 Aaaand we’re back on the tools again today- just like riding a bicycle ! The stopping and starting this year has definitely had its challenges but it also has given us time to attend to some of the things in and around the business we usually don’t have as much time for- All you fellow small business owners out there probably know what we’re talking about! Still, nothing beats being in the road and having face to face conversations (albeit separated by a sneeze guard!). ... We go on about it all the time but we absolutely love what we do and are looking forward to all new adventures.

Earlier this year we were invited by very attentive hosts to provide hot drinks on the morning after their EPIC boho wedding on a magical property in the Yarra Valley. They were such a great bunch of people who came together from near and far to be part of the couple’s special day. ... We can’t wait for a time soon where we can share the big moments with all the ones we love again- Hugs and all!
