It is skewed towards the more severe end of the spectrum, so probably overestimates risk of hospitalisation, complications and death, but is clear in its warning about comorbidities, especially cardiovascular disease. Smoking prevalence is high amongst people living with HIV and that is almost certainly important when it comes to COVID-19.
