03.01.2022 Dear Mum, thank you for having this book on your bedside table when I was a little girl and inspiring me and calling me to the plant world. It is deep seeded and I feel so connected to Mother Nature even though I’m smack bang in the middle of the city. Whenever you would talk about my old aunties in the Greek islands that used herbal preparations and natural remedies for healing, you inspired me. This book was the catalyst for my curiosity of the plant world. After studying ...beauty therapy and excelling in the sciences, I knew there was more learning and education to be had.
