The program included visits with all Police Officers, and meetings with Town and District Officers and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Vavaú Volunteer Maritime Response Association (VVMRA). The Domestic Violence Unit and the Tonga Police Development Program were also in the Outer Islands conducting community outreach as well.
