23.01.2022 Watch this space!! We are so excited to have the local Chiltern artist Kirrily Anderson - artist commence painting a mural on the side of our new Rutherglen bakehouse tomorrow! A huge thank you to the team at Arts Rutherglen who have organized and commissioned this piece for the Main Street of Rutherglen!! With our painter from Corowa not able to cross the border, Harry & Micaela were on the tools today prepping and painting the wall for tomorrow. Fingers crossed the border restrictions can relax soon so the painter can complete the top and the rest of the bakehouse!!

Along with a G I V E A W A Y (stay tuned) Growing up at Olive Hills Estate, H...arry, Joe & Matilda spent many exciting and enjoyable days exploring the iconic tower and property. The new range of wine is a fun and lighthearted range to represent their childhood memories of growing up at Olive Hills Estate. Local artist, Kirrily Anderson - artist has beautifully and creatively illustrated the memories of Harry, Joe & Matilda growing up in the historic 1886 homestead and Olive Hills Estate property. After going their separate ways after completing High School, Harry, Joe & Matilda have returned home to Rutherglen. Drawn to the beautiful regional lifestyle of Rutherglen and the North East, they have joined forces to expand the family business Valentines Artisan Sourdough Bakers and more recently have all taken on separate roles at Olive Hills Estate. Harry is studying wine making by correspondence and now assists Ross in the winery as assistant winemaker. Joe is studying viticulture and has continued on Ross' vision for a sustainable vineyard and market garden. Matilda looks after the financial side of the business as a commerce graduate and also looks after the wine club and Harry's wife, Micaela looks after marketing, social media, weddings and functions. The Climb The Tower Wines are produced by Harry, with the assistance of Ross. This year we are releasing Prosecco Rosé Shiraz We can't wait for you to enjoy a tasting in our cellar door! 12.01.2022 Our SEEDED SOURDOUGH loaf. This guy is absolutely packed with seeds and grains and long rested for 24 hours. Delicious with smashed avocado and fetta or with some lovely home made jam!
