I’ve always admired seeing women embrace their bodies and I had a real fear of not being able to embrace mine. I grew up in a small country town where I was body shamed for wearing swimmers to the town swimming pool...it wasn’t long until I confirmed to societies oppressive tools and I would swim in a T-shirt and shorts over my swimmers but having kids changed that for me because I wanted the...ir reflection to be a positive one. This was completely for myself and I am still feeling amazing! The vibe was so unreal that I am still vibing! The feeling is unreal and so empowering! I really loved it in the end. Definitely after the first couple of changes in outfits I really started to feel comfortable. I think my favourite part would be having a laugh at the awkward poses that o just wasn’t comfortable trying. Having that little giggle made the experience so real and helped me to relax into myself and listen to my body naturally and ease back into comfort :-) Do it!
