25.01.2022 With the show season in limbo, these 2 get to head back into the paddock (where they belong). Vale View Zara pictured with her second natural calf. She also has 3 IVF calves that are just weaned. This cracking heifer is sired by $40,000 Clonlara 17210. This being his first crop of calves & we are exceptionally happy with them. Very impressed with the condition on the cow, shes had a weeks show preperation (feed) until we turned them out, she was seen cycling early Janua...ry (before rain). Great fertility & doing ability in this line. Other pictures are Zara in show condition for Beef. Gained 3rd in her class at Beef with first calf at foot. #valeview #droughtmaster

20.01.2022 Happy Easter everybody. Tailing a few weaners this afternoon with the help of our 13yr old deaf dog, luckily they are a very relaxed little mob. These were onl...y babies when weaned back in January due to the dry but coming along well now. We educate our cattle to walk away from their mates and look for a gate. Very frustrating when buying in cattle that are not educated or are trained to be too quiet. #valeview #droughtmaster

10.01.2022 Well worth the wait & a lot more babies to come. Our first Vale View M Gator calf born a couple of days ago, just what we expected boofy head, big ears, big hump & nice topline. More photos to come but very happy so far with this little fella. Gator was running with 36 females mostly heifers last year getting all in calf except for 2.
