23.01.2022 The goddess returns! ‘FREYJA MOON’ PASSIONFRUIT IPA Created as a celebration of life’s passions, this IPA has lashings of passionfruit, plus generous additions of riwaka and simcoe hops.... With subtle fruitiness and citrus on the palate, smashing hops and slight bitterness at the end, it's a beautiful fruity IPA and tribute to the Gods. Freyja rules over her heavenly field, Fólkvangr, where she receives half of those who die in battle. The other half go to the god Odin's hall, Valhalla The Taproom will be back open Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm till 6pm. 18.01.2022 We’ve brewed another batch! ‘LIME BUCKET’ LIME CHEESECAKE SOUR ... We took a bucket of limes, and another bucket of limes, and another bucket of limes and...well you get the picture. Zest like mad, juice, add a bucket of lemons for good measure. Lactose. Lacto bacillus, sorachi ace and riwaka hops. A hint of vanilla. Mouth puckering, lip smacking. Both sweet and sour. A perfect sour for the arrival of nicer weather! 16.01.2022 Well it came as bit of a surprise but we are all good to re-open again with a limit of 10 people! Yay can't wait to have people back at Valhalla! Now here comes the boring (but important bits)... To allow us to comply with the new restrictions and manage to 10 people limit, we will be opening for restricted hours and some (groan) rules: --- Opening hours --- ... Tuesday to Thursday 2pm - 9pm. Friday and Saturday 2pm - 10pm. --- Maximum 10 people at a time --- --- Pizza must be ordered to be able to order a drink --- --- Bookings strongly recommended to avoid disappointment --- To book please SMS your booking request to 0412 997 329.
