24.01.2022 Weighing in over 150kg, Jayden was not very confident in himself, but his determination to improve his physical condition has resulted in the person you see here, currently sitting under 110kg. . This is only the tip of the iceberg for Jayden as when he started, he'd only come in to do 'Arms' as it was what he felt comfortable doing. As Jayden became more comfortable with himself and the gym, he began attending more and more and now trains with our head coach @valiantfitness...pt and by himself up to 5x/week. . Recently, Jayden went to the beach for the first time in many years and besides the painful sunburn he acquired, Jayden had a great time in new found body! .
