24.01.2022 This real estate office in Carnegie was getting a full roof replacement when the trades noticed a very unstable gable above a pedestrian walkway ' in with the professionals to make this wall stable and secure . 20.01.2022 Good use of some recycled reds makes for a nice entrance way in kinglake vic

19.01.2022 As working from home is now the norm this brick facade is an entrance to a newly built home office . Just front brickwork as the rest is cladding . Recycled reds always add that character .

19.01.2022 Very proud of this one , an extension in Kinglake vic. These recycled reds were sourced from the former Whittlesea top pub on plenty road Whittlesea . Love using materials with such history and glad they were used still in the local community . Build consists of large garage and brick footings for extension. Also a cheeky photo of my helper throughout Fabio the Shetland pony . Client is very happy with the work . A good acid wash will make these bricks brand new again , will hope to post a finish pic in the future .

19.01.2022 Couple small ones today . Letterbox repair in Balwyn nth and patch up in Greensborough. out and loving it . Have a good weekend everyone

17.01.2022 Block footing in parhan vic for EJ Constructions. Architectural build so just the footings on this one but thats how we like it ' keep moving and on to the next

17.01.2022 Few repairs at a factory in sunshine . Damage was from constant truck traffic that runs through this recycled building materials operation. Client was very happy with same day payment as proof .

17.01.2022 Removed an old box air-conditioner today in Thomastown Vic. Filled in externally with brick and internally plastered and trowelled. Light sand and some paint in a few days time 'like it was never there

17.01.2022 Not our prettiest work but more a structural fix . After removal of a 50 year old tree the damage was obvious . The client just wanted it straightened and filled as render is to follow . Added extra concrete to suit the movement area .

16.01.2022 Bit of repointing today . Rising damp can eat the cement away leaving you with dust and sand ' as can poorly mixed cement . Either way job done and a few more years added on

14.01.2022 Small repair on a front fence in thomastown today 'love the easy ones in and out by lunch with time to spare to get some firewood for home . Happy days

13.01.2022 Nice one to start the year with . Factory wall damaged when the neighbouring factory was pulled down due to fire in Assembly drive Tullamarine. Won't be seen once new building is up so easy patch up done . Looking forward to a more normal year ahead ( we can only hope ) and thankyou for your continued support in 2021 .

11.01.2022 Small indoor repair in South Yarra today . Windows were changed and with no internal lintel the bricks fell straight out . New bar in place and re_bricked to last .

10.01.2022 The simplest of things can change the whole outlook of work. While we can still work under these new restrictions we hope that everyone is safe and well and remember we are all in this together . I want to thank everyone who has supported me and my bussiness 'especially through hard times . As i can still work now' I'm doing my best to adhere to all rules and staying safe (work and home only ) . This will pass and with your support ill still be operating on the other side. So share ' like ' leave a comment and to all of you i say THANKYOU .

08.01.2022 Nice and easy one ' pulled down brick wingwall to add some garden space and secured the wall with some piers . Needs a coat of render to match existing wall . Happy days

07.01.2022 Something different last week ' garden retaining walls and planter box ready for concrete paths to be poured. Topped all edges with merbau decking to give a nice sharp line . Also 8 cubic meters of dirt pushed into the back to create a step in the yard

04.01.2022 Side gate installation to keep the kids and dog inside for these great people . 90mm merbau ' a stain and a paint lookin good

03.01.2022 Box aircon removal ' bricked up and plastered . Sanded back and just waiting for a paint . Some extra patches fixed aswell .

02.01.2022 Today's job cut away existing brick wall and installed formwork for concrete steps . As we were there noticed loose brickwork on exterior garden wall so dug ' new footing and brick piers to add strength and help support upper story beams .

02.01.2022 Small repointing area near to pool pumps . Rising damp strikes again . Filled and washed

01.01.2022 Another landscaping job . Decking area ' fence tralles and garden bed / grass area in Essendon. Really happy with this one ' new challenges are keeping me on my toes but loving a chance to showcase some other skills . To those who know me well ' it's safe to say I got "Soapys" genes.
