25.01.2022 Announcing that we are finally going to have an Opening Week Special as well as the start of our loyalty program, starting NEXT Wednesday. It has to be Wednesday as after we have placed the advert with the Gazette and 2MC we were surprised with our first order going to Lord Howe Island, so it will be all hands on deck slicing, dicing and packing to get that ready for the ship. (keeps Jade and Zac on their toes!) We plan on having plenty of our free range pork products, as ...well as Comboyne quality finished beef, some of our own Dorper lambs and a rush on a few lines of Jade's easy chicken meals. Unfortunately we won't have any of our free range pasture reared Muscovy ducks as they all went out the door this week quicker than we could put them in the cabinet. So from Wednesday we should have a good display of our quality specials and on Saturday we will be firing up the BBQ for our tasty sausage and bacon samples. Don't forget all our hams and 3 types of bacon are cooked on the premises and are 100% free range and born and raised on our farm - a true paddock to plate experience! See more

21.01.2022 Well here we go a massive change in our business to come. We have bought a butcher shop in Wauchope and take over from 1st June. Watch this space for our opening specials at Wauchope Country Meats.

20.01.2022 Nicest feeling that our old customers from the Port Macquarie and Wauchope Farmers Markets are calling in to visit us and stock up on our free range goodies...so nice to be missed!

20.01.2022 Jade made a big batch of his old style country beef rissoles today and we were sold out in record time. Tomorrow sees him making a double batch just to get through the day! The first week has been busy and all of Jade's free range bacon, cooked on the premises, has sold out in 2 days! Peter better get busy breeding more bacon!....

08.01.2022 All our specials on our pork are now sold! Great response to the specials so we hope people have enjoyed the free range pork. Today Jade is going to make old style country beef rissoles and burgers. Sandra Anderson we will be in Newcastle on Sunday with a few new lines so see you then.

03.01.2022 We have had our yummy pork sausages and burgers on sale this week as well as bacon bones and smoked hocks for soup making. Fantastic first 2 days of trading - all the hocks are gone (waiting for the next lot from the cooker) and sausages and burgers are almost sold out. Jade has been busy pumping hams and cooking today so we will have heaps of our new cured hams, bacon and hocks. We are also doing nitrate free bacon and trialling a nitrate free ham to see how it goes.
