25.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Wed 12 August 2020 Just a brief report this week with only Tuesday’s comp played before Stage 3 Covid restrictions were reintroduced on Wednesday night. President Mick Donald McAuliffe made the most of it too posting a massive score of 42 points to take out A Grade by eight points from Rich River’s Michael Davidson with 34 points.... Another Rich River member Barry Callanan took out B Grade with 35 points from Les Hall with 34. Ball comp winners were Brian Gledhill (33 points), Peter Blackmore (32), Stewart Cray (32), Tom Chadwick (31) and Gavon Armstrong (31). Bud Thorsen won the A Grade NTP ball on the 3rd while the voucher on the 15th was won by Alan Curnow. While the Stage 3 restrictions have grounded our competition golf the course will remain open for social golfers in groups of 2 only along with all other restrictions, including the wearing of masks, to be adhered to. Further details can be found on our Web Site or on our Facebook page. Finally, given we don’t know how long we will be in hibernation for so the club would like to take this chance to wish Warren and Lisa Ratcliffe the very best for their retirement later this month. They have been long time sponsors of the club and their support has been greatly appreciated. SCOOP

21.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sunday 15 Nov 2020 Ash Kuiper is the Valley View 2020 club champion after a tense battle with 2019 champion Miles Gould on Saturday. Going into the final round with a three shot lead the 2018 champion looked to be in trouble at the halfway mark. Out of sorts he surrendered the lead with a front nine of 42 while Miles took control with a two over front nine over 38 off the stick as he found his very best form for the occasion.... Miles maintained the resultant one shot lead as the final group headed down the 16th when suddenly the momentum swung back to Ash as Miles pulled his second shot from the rough left of the green. From there he could only manage bogey while Ash made his par taking them to the 17th tee all square. Ash again made par on 17 while Miles posted another bogey which saw Ash go to the final tee with a one shot lead. Although not ideally placed off the tee Ash’s tremendous third shot into the green left him with a very makeable birdie putt which he duly nailed while Miles finished with a bogey six leaving Ash with the three shot lead he had started the day with. For the record Ash’s three round gross score was 233 comprised of rounds of 77-75-81 while Miles posted rounds of 76-79-81. In the handicapped grade events David Collins posted a final round of 86-16-70 to finish with a three round nett total 213 to claim the A Grade trophy from Miles and Ash who both posted nett totals of 218. John Flett’s lead in B Grade proved unassailable as he finished with a three round nett total of 220 though Trevor Whithall made a great fist of the task and went within a shot of reeling him in with an excellent round of 91-24-67. That left Trevor with a championship total of 293 nett 221 and one shot shy of John who posted a final round of 111-37-74. Meanwhile Saturday’s stroke round returned the following results: A Grade: Winner: Rod Rathjen (87-18-69) R-Up: Tom Kerr (87-17-70) B Grade: Winner: Des Pentreath (98-30-68) R-Up: Trevor Whithall (91-24-67) Ladies: Winner: Wanda Hacon (101-29-72) R-Up: Marlene Topp (103-30-73) in a count back from Marilyn West ((94-21-73) Ball comp: D Collins (Nett 71), B Thorsen (71), P Noble (71), E McQuienn (72), K Cheong (72), M West (73). NTP 15th: Ash Kuiper Ladies NTP 3rd: J Greer Thanks to all the members who participated in the championships and a special thank you to our sponsors for the event in Goulburn Murray Credit Union, Bennett’s Sports, Ky Showcase Jewellers and M&S Accounting. Next week is a Stableford event with assembly 1130am for a 1215pm shotgun start. Attached Pic: 2020 Valley View Club Champions Ash Kuiper and A Grade Handicap Title Winner David Collins
20.01.2022 Les Hall had the best score in B Grade Saturday in the Warramunda sponsored stableford event with a great score of 41. I’ve heard Les thought that first prize was a ten year accommodation package at Warramunda, which was all the incentive he needed to play out of his skin. Kerry Kreek played well with 39 pts to win r/up. In A Grade, Buttons Gallivan May have been small in stature, but huge in ability as he scored 38 pts the day. Pooch McHale was r/up with 35 pts. Lucky for Po...och as balls didn’t even get down to the 35 point range. Marilyn Ross had a handy 39 pts to win the ladies event, with Robyn Curnow securing r/ up on 36 pts on a countback from Toppy. MickMcAuliffe won A Grade NTP on the 3rd hole, while Nance Saunders won the Ladies NTP. Dean Hubble hit a great shot on the 15th to win the voucher, but sadly his putting was adrift on the day & he missed his birdie putt. There was keen competition for the NAGA awards despite the beautiful spring weather. Rory Kerr from RMGC had an inspiring 18 pts to win the Men’s, while Sharon Harrison had 23 pts for the Ladies . 20.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sunday 9 May 2021 A glorious day greeted our golfers for Saturday’s round in what traditionally (pre-covid) would have been the final round of our club championships. But with those now a spring fixture our golfers competed in a Stableford event sponsored by Kerr’s Amcal Pharmacy.... The conditions certainly brought out the best in Peter Noble who (playing off a handicap of 11) has suffered a lull in form the past couple of weeks but he bounced back on Saturday taking out A Grade with 39 points by one shot from Bud Thorsen with 38. Asked by this reported what was the feature of his round Nobby responded modestly nothing really. In B Grade the old silver fox, Les Hall, left the field in his wake knocking up 37 points and he scored a comfortable win from Alan Curnow and Craig Larcombe with 33 points each with Alan getting the nod for the runner’s up trophy in a very tight and lengthy count back process. In the ladies’ comp Lee-Anne Medhurst, from Blue Lake Club Mt Gambier, took a shine to the course on her first sighting and duly took home the winner’s trophy with 39 points from a handicap of 27. As with Hally, Lee-Anne had shots to spare with Helen Armstrong taking out the runner’s up trophy with 34 points in a count back from Marie Watt. To the ball comp and Mick Gallivan, Steve Usher and Peter Mangan all took home balls with 36 points along with Peter Blackmore and Marie Watt with 34 points. Bud Thorsen took home the A Grade Nearest the Pin ball on the 3rd with a glorious tee shot that also netted him a dozen jackpot balls but alas his putt was a little less impressive and he had to settle for par missing his birdie putt. John Burrows took home the NTP ball for B Grade while none of the ladies could find the green leaving their NTP ball with the club. Jennie Bauerle won the voucher on the 15th with an excellent tee shot. Miles Gould picked up the NAGA which some put down to the disappointment of narrowly missing last week’s medal. The more likely explanation is that it was a natural reaction to the trauma of playing with Steve Usher who made a much anticipated return to the fairways. A big thanks to Rory and Clare Kerr and Amcal Pharmacy for their generous sponsorship of the day which was greatly appreciated by both the club and the trophy winners on the day. Tuesday’s winner was Geoff Strachan with 35 points from Robin Quinn with 33 in a count back from Des Cornwall and Des Pentreath who took home balls in the ball comp. Nearest the Pin trophies went to Ian Scurrah (3rd) and Ash Kuiper (voucher on the 15th). SCOOP
14.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Wed 15 July 2020 With our Match & Handicap team taking the wise decision to postpone Saturday’s scheduled Wally Shaw 4 Ball event, a small field of navy seals took to a very heavy track in a Stableford event. Did someone say a heavy track? It didn’t bother Parklands Kellan Robinson who, having only recently returned to the game of golf, and playing off a handicap of 30, racked up the massive score of 48 Stableford points.... There aren’t many days when that score won’t give you a comfortable win and so it was with a very unlucky Pooch McHale the runner up with 39 points an excellent score in its own right given the conditions that he plays off a 12 handicap. Jake Gascoyne continues to make the most of the football hiatus and he won a ball with 38 points. The ladies scoring was not quite as spectacular with Marlene Topp the winner with a very respectable 32 points from Jenni Bauerle with 25. Wayne Cowley won the NTP ball on the 3rd. A new date for the postponed Wally Shaw 4 Ball event will be set in the near future so stay tuned for details. Mick McAuliffe was Tuesday’s winner with 34 points in a count back from Debonair David Collins while Bud Thorsen took home a ball with 33 points. Mick dominated the day winning the NTP ball on the 3rd and the NTP voucher on the 15th. With our members that hold Rich River memberships unable to get across the border for their Thursday golf fix, another Stableford event was promptly organised for that day and Peter Blackmore made the most of the extra round with a 36 point win from Bud Thorsen with 34 and Alan Hauser with 33. Dom Cerrone emulated the Pres’s effort from Tuesday claiming both the NTP ball on the 3rd and the voucher on the 15th. This Saturday’s event is also Stableford with tee off from 1030am to 1215pm. Alan Hausler and Gavon Armstrong are the men on duty. The midweek comps on Tuesday and Thursday will tee off from 11am to 1145am and visitors are most welcome and, on Thursday, will only pay the $10 comp fee. SCOOP
14.01.2022 Valley View report Sunday 2 nd May It’s official, Lawrie Casey has finally put aside his count back curse taking out his second successive monthly medal at the weekend and, as he did in April, he did it via a count back with the unlucky runner up this month being Miles Gould. Lawrie took home the May medal with a round of 80-10-70 while Miles posted the excellent score of 75-5-70.... An almost faultless back nine of 38 got Lawrie across the line with the defining moment being his eagle two on the par four 13th, pitching in from around 100m after yet another very accurate tee shot. Miles had (unbeknown to him at the time) his chance to claim the medal just missing a putt on the 18th hole from about metre that would have given him a round of Nett 69. A count back was also needed to find the B Grade winner with John Neale taking home the winner’s trophy with a round of 95-20-75 in a count back from Geoff Squizzy Squires who carded a round of 96-21-75. Jenni Bauerle won the ladies event with 89-12-77 while Helen Armstrong won yet another countback with 98-20-78 from Leonie McMaster-Smith (113-35-78) for the runner’s up trophy. While Miles missed out on the medal, he won the A Grade Nearest the Pin (NTP) ball on the third, the ball for best gross score and the voucher on the 15th. Not a bad day’s work. Nails and Jenni Bauerle added the B Grade and ladies’ best gross score balls to their winner’s trophies while balls in the ball comp went to Dom Cerrone (Nett 75), Peter Mangan (75), Peter Blackmore (75), Nobby (76) and John McHale with Nett 76. Naga winner Paul Dickens 113-20-93 was channelling Greg Chappell after his round telling me he thought he had hit the ball all right but not scoring so well. Peter Blackmore notched up another win on Tuesday with 38 points and a one shot margin from Les Hall with 37 points. Ball winners were Ian Scurrah and Daryl Harrison, each with 36 points and our monthly medallist with 35. Robin Quinn won the NTP ball on the 3rd and Ron Dixon took home the voucher on the 15th.

12.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Mon 26 Apr 2021 Due to unforeseen circumstances Saturday’s scheduled Ky Vet Clinic Black Sock event was postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date although the scheduled Stableford round remained. There were some good scores at the top of the leader board too with Craig Larcombe posting the day’s best round of points to finish one shot clear of Alan Hausler and John McHale with 39 points.... Larco’s score could have been really big if not for an eight hole stretch that yielded a four putt and four three putt greens. Talk about the yips . And Larco such a reliable putter too!! Haus nudged out Pooch in a count back for the runner up voucher and, in a very profitable day, Haus also took home the voucher on the 15th with a very good tee shot before nailing his birdie putt. Pooch had to settle for a ball in the ball comp though a score of 39 points off a handicap of eight is nothing to sneeze at. Other ball winners were Kevin Bauerle with 38 points, Ian Rathjen with 35 and Mick Gallivan, also with 35 points. Helen Armstrong was a three shot winner in the ladies’ event with 34 points while Shirley Soares round out a bad day, count back wise, for the McHale family taking out the runner’s up trophy with 31 points in a count back from Jan. On Tuesday Ian Scurrah posted the best round with 37 points and won by one point from Ron Dixon with 36. Ball winners were Peter Clapton-Blackmore with 34, Debonair David Collins (34) and Daryl Harrison with 33. Ian also won the Nearest the Pin ball on the 3rd while Nobby took way the voucher on the 15th hole. This Saturday’s event will be stroke with the May Monthly Medal up for grabs.
12.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sunday 23 May 2021 Saturday was a big day for the Thorsen household with both Bud and Gill finding themselves in successful pairings for the Wally Shaw Memorial 4 Ball Aggregate Stableford event. Gill combined with Marilyn Ross for the day’s best aggregate score of 72 points with Marilyn the driving force with 38 points as they took out the ladies’ event by two shots from Helen Emery and Robyn Curnow with 70.... Meanwhile Bud and David Collins were combining very well with 35 points each to take out the men’s event with an aggregate score of 70 points with the highlight being Bud taking his putting to another level apparently nailing them from all parts. Robin Quinn, playing in his first Wally Shaw event, and Les Hall finished as runner’s up with 67 points while the pairings of Nobby & Harro, the Kuiper brothers (Ash and Paul) and Mick McAuliffe &Tom Kerr took home balls with aggregate scores of 65 points. Mick was very fortunate to be at golf on Saturday after a late return from the Lockington Tournament on Friday night. The Pres incurred the wrath of Mrs Mac missing a 6pm deadline to be home to go out for dinner after his Google maps took him back to Shepparton via Echuca. Peter Mangan won the B Grade NTP on the 3rd with the last tee shot of the day as he finished his round with a birdie while Helen Emery took home the ladies’ NTP ball with an excellent tee shot that was just outside the mark for a dozen jack pot balls. On the 15th Bud took the voucher (and I can’t use Bud’s words here) taking the trophy from Gill’s grasp after she had earlier also played a very good tee shot to the same green. On Tuesday Pooch won with 37 points in a count back from Paul Kuiper while Geoff Strachann (36), Peter Clapton-Blackmore (36), Nobby (34) and Mick McAuliffe (34 points) took home balls. Paul added the Nearest the Pin ball on the 3rd to his runner-up trophy while the voucher on the 15th went home with Harro. Saturday’s event threw up a rather unusual occurrence with Leonie McMaster-Smith finding the task of extricating herself from a particularly difficult lie a, well a challenge, notching up four air swings in the process. Actually, according to Leonie it was actually five airies ’the last was an accident! I like to think that I have a well-rounded vocabulary but, in this instance, words fail me. To be fair to Leonie it had been a stressful time with thieves almost making off with her golf cart earlier in the week and on top of that being unable to locate her mobile phone to check a text from one of her golfing friends. I’ll let Leonie explain how that one ended!
12.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Wed 22 July 2020 The excellent field that turned out for Saturday’s Stableford event found the course in surprisingly good nick given last weekend’s rain. Thing’s were tight at the top of the scoreboard as well with David Collins taking out A Grade with 37 points in a count back from The Pres, Mick McAuliffe....Continue reading

11.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sun 15 May 2021 The weather for this week’s Stableford round was in stark comparison to last week’s ideal conditions with the winter chill that arrived reflected in the scoring on the day with two exceptions. Gavon Armstrong and Marie Watt shrugged off the winter preview, each posting rounds of 38 Stableford points.... Gavon’s round was easily the best of the men and he took out B Grade by three shots from the Old Silver Fox Les Hall who finished with 35 points. The rest of the men struggled though and Peter Mangan took the honours in A Grade with 33 points from Tom Kerr with 32 points and he got the better of Dom Cerrone in the countback for runner up. Gavon, Les, Peter and Tom all took home trophies from the day’s sponsor in Ky Tyre Service which has been a long and valued contributor to the club and the club extends its thanks for the continued support. Marie’s 38 points naturally got her across the line in the ladies’ event with Jenni Bauerle taking home the runner’s up trophy with the third best round of the day of 36 points. Ball comp winners were Julie Neale with 35 points along with Dom Cerrone, Craig Larcombe and Nancy Saunders who all returned cards with 32 points. Mick Coyne was the only trophy winner on the 3rd hole taking home the A Grade Nearest the Pin ball on his way to a birdie while Robin Quinn played a very good tee shot into the wind on the 15th to set up a neat par and take home the Nearest the Pin voucher on that hole. Ron Dixon was Tuesday’s winner with 36 points from Peter Blackmore with 35 while Mick McAuliffe, Les Hall and Kevin Humbert all won balls with 34 points. Jeff Cobba Carnie made off with the NTP ball on the 3rd while Kelly Cheong picked up the voucher on the fifteenth. SCOOP 531

09.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sunday 6 December 2020 An excellent back nine of 40 has proved decisive as Peter Blackmore emerged from a tight three way count back as the December monthly medalist. Playing in the morning session, Blackers arguably had the better of the windy conditions (which turned decidedly damp for the afternoon golfers) setting the pace with an excellent round of 83-15-68 which could have been a couple of shots better if he had nailed a couple of par chances in ...the closing holes of his round. Despite the deteriorating conditions the golfers hitting off at midday were undeterred with Alan Curnow and Paul Dickens joining Peter at the top of the leader board with rounds of Nett 68 of their own. Alan posted what his best ever round of 88-20-68 and would rue a double bogey seven on the 18th while Dicko carded a round of 90-22-68. The count back went Peter way’s but there was only half a shot in it and Alan, as the medal runner up secured the B Grade winner’s trophy in a count back from Paul. It was a big day for Alan as his round also propelled Craig Larcombe and himself to the Isaac Memorial 4 Ball match play as they defeated Kevin Bauerle and Johnny Heywood 5 & 3. Along the way Alan also won the voucher on the 15th and the Ball for the best gross score in B Grade. Back to the day’s comp results and Daryl Harrison posted a score of 84-12-72 to take out the A Grader runner’s up trophy. Julie Neale won the ladies event with 90-19-71 (which also happened to be the best gross score for ladies) from Leonie McMaster-Smith with 109-36-73. Ball comp winners were Geoff Squires with Nett 70, Eastwood’s Don Muhliesor (71), Miles Gould (73), Pooch McHale (73), Lawrie Casey (73), Kelly Cheong (73) and Jeff Carnie (74). David Collins (A Grade), John Neale (B) and Bev Lyon picked up the NTP balls on the 3rd while Miles Gould won the best gross score overall with 78 off the stick. Pete Blackmore is clearly the form golfer at the club at the moment as he tuned up for the weekend with 39 points in Tuesday’s comp taking home the winner’s trophy by four shots in the process. Kerry Kreeck was the runner up with 35 points in a count back from John Burrows. It was not all bad news for JB as he took home a ball in the ball comp and the NTP ball. Mick McAuliffe and Nobby also won balls with 34 points each while Bud Thorsen won the voucher on the 15th. SCOOP

07.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Mon 23 Nov 2020 Saturday’s Stableford scores were around the same mark as the thermometer with Kerry Kreeck posting the day’s best score of 39 points to take out B Grade by one shot from Peter Meighan with 38 while Alan Curnow finished a further shot back with 37 points. The A grade field could not quite match those scores with the enigmatic Kevin Bauerle a one shot winner with 36 points while David Collins took out the runner’s up trophy with 35 point...s in a count back from the old Curmudgeon himself, Pooch McHale. The ladies played earlier in the day so Trudy Denham’s winning score of 37 would have outdone the Celsius figure at that time as would have runner up Helen Armstrong with 36. Alan Curnow lead the ball comp with his 37 points while the other ball winners were Ray Brereton (36), Pooch, Lawrie Casey (34), Julie Neale (34) and Marilyn West (34). KB & Kerry added NTP Balls on the 3rd to their winner’s trophies while Ian Rathjen took the voucher on the 15th on his way to par on that hole. No results to hand from Tuesday’s comp so it’s a brief report this week. However, we close on a sad note with the club extending its sincerest condolences to Bill Murray and the extended Murray family on the passing on Beth last week.
07.01.2022 The old stager/ bush ranger Les Hall cleaned up the field in the Monthly Medal Saturday with a 90-23-67 to leave daylight between his nearest rivals on 70 nett. Les also took out best scratch score in B Grade. In A Grade, Laurie Casey won best nett 86-16-70 on. CB from Miles Gould 76-6-70. Miles won best gross in A Grade with his excellent 76 off the bat. Ladies was won by Sharon Harrison with 92-22-70, from Nance Saunders with 97-24-73. NTP on 3rd went to Pooch, Gav & Sh...az, while Jenny Bauerle got the voucher on the 15 th. NAGA went to Toppy & Des Pentreath, Des coming unstuck with a 12 on the 12 th hole. It wasn’t a hot day, but Des was dipping his balls in the water I’ve heard. Next week is sponsored by Drummond Golf in Shepp, so get along as there’ll be great prizes, a BBQ lunch & sangers to follow. See more
07.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Sunday 13 Dec 2020 Young Tom Kerr has made an early break on the rest of the field in the 2020-2021 Summer Cup with an outrageous score of 46 Stableford points on Saturday. Tom played his best ever round of 78 off the stick which included a one over par 37 on the back nine that yielded 25 points. His front round of 41 off the stick (21 points) was none too shabby either.... His score left the rest of the field in his wake with Peter Blackmore a mere spec in the distance taking the runner’s up trophy with a meagre 38 points. The young guns dominated B Grade too with Rushworth’s Tim Cheong a four shot winner with 37 points from Les Hall with 33 in a count back from Rory Kerr. Nancy Saunders was the ladies’ winner with 38 points while Jan McHale won a count back for runner up from Judy Greer with 35 points. Ball comp winners were Daryl Harrison with 37 points, Nobby (36), Pooch (35), Paul Kuiper (35), Judy Greer (35), Kevin Humbert (34) and Alan Hausler (34). On the Par threes Robin Quinn went within centimetres of claiming a dozen jackpot balls with an excellent tee shot to win the A Grade NTP ball, Rory Kerr made it a big day out for the Kerr family winning the B Grade NTP ball while Paul Kuiper won the voucher on the 15th. Alas, none of the aforementioned gents could make their birdie putts with all settling for pars. There was a log jam at the top of the leader board on Tuesday with the straight hitting John Burrows posting 37 points and a one shot win from Kevin Humbert with 36. Kevin took the runner’s up trophy in a three way count back from Peter Mangan and Jeff Carnie. Mick McAuliffe won the voucher on the 15th. A note for the Tuesday golfers, with summer upon the tee off time has been moved to 930am assembly for a 10am shot gun start. We ended the week on a sad note with the passing of Cam White on Thursday night. Cam’s contribution to both the golf and bowls sections of the club won’t be forgotten in a hurry. He was a ripper bloke to boot and his friendship will be missed by many of our members especially among our volunteer grounds crew. Our sincerest condolences go out to Jan and the extended White family.
05.01.2022 VVGC course open today Sat 22nd August Strictly no carts. No one will be manning the window. Play in pairs. Stay safe.
05.01.2022 Buttons Gallivan turned it on today in AGrade with 38 pts, which was a fair effort in driving sleet & rain and a 40 km/hr cold gusty westerly. Pete Blackmore wasn’t far behind with 37 pts. Our newspaper journo Craig Larcombe got the chockies in B Grade on a countback from Mike McQueen Thompson. Jan McHale won the Ladies event with 35 pts and Marlene Topp got the runner up with 31 pts. Next week is a big event with Ray Drummond from Shepp sponsoring the day. There will be a BBQ lunch & great prizes don’t free yourself up & get out to Valley View for a great day.
04.01.2022 Please note carts will be allowed on the course from Tuesday 25th August. While it’s wet, please stay away from the greens and tees. Do not drive down the fairways but drive on the high side ( west side) down through the trees please.
02.01.2022 It was a small field at VVGC as the rain scared most punters away, even though none of the golden stuff fell from the sky after midday. Peter Nobby Noble handled the heavy windy conditions with ease scoring a +4 in the Par event to win in a countback from a valiant Gav Armstrong, also with +4. Its handy form for both boys with the Murray Downs golf trip looming in October. With only two ladies playing, Marlene Topp & Jan McHale scooted around the course in record time. Toppy won with -1, but Jan scooped the double prize of runners up and the Ladies NAGA award. John Neale won the men’s NTP on the 3rd, while Nobby finished off a fine day with the voucher on the 15th. Next Saturday is a book event, so if you want to organise a group & play before the AFL Grand Final, just write your names & scores down in the book. And Go Tigers!!
02.01.2022 Black Sock Day is not associated with burning feet but rather hot golf , and is proudly sponsored by the Kyabram Veterinary Clinic. In A Grade, it was Bud Thorsen who won on a countback from good mate Dudley Collins, both on 37 pts. It would’ve been a wild night at home in the Thorsen household, as Gill won the Ladies event with 37 pts also, on a countback from Robyn Curnow. They’re planning on buying a new wing at KVC with their vouchers apparently. In B Grade it was Geoff Squires getting up with the top score of the day with 38 pts over Wally Tink with 37 pts. NAGA winners were Kev Bauerle on 23, and Sharyn Harrison with 26. Our generous sponsor also handed out black socks to all those that attended with the correct ‘attire’.

01.01.2022 Valley View Golf Report Wed 5 August 2020 Another perfect day for golf saw two men, already with a wardrobe full of Monthly Medal shirts between them, go to a count back for the August Monthly Medal with the identical score of 86-17-69. Ultimately, it was Peter Mangan (who has struggled for form recently) adding a fifth medal shirt to his collection taking out the count back from Paul Kuiper (who already has six shirts) thanks to a superior back nine of 41 off the stick to go...Continue reading
